She immediately was able to secure us a lendor and helped us to convince the seller we were serious about buying. Additionally, she was personable with a great sense of humor, which was a nice bonus when house hunting ~ not all realtors are this way. In the end, we were able to find a great house at $30k under our budget in the highly competitive Columbus OH market.
