Brooks was patient, competent, and reassuring through our house buying process. He has continued to be a source of quality information and help even after closing. He is also a source of great gifs. During both experiences, Brooks provided an extremely sophisticated knowledge of the local market, was never pushy, and advised with a level head. Brooks can be trusted to get you through either a Buyer or Seller process with comfort and ease. Also note that Brooks successfully sold our home both during winter and during a very slow real estate market with limited days on the market. He uses his connections, social media, and the resources of his team to quickly and successfully get it done. Bottom line.
