I cannot say enough great things about our Realtor, David Hannan. We interviewed multiple local “experts” and selecting Dave was an easy decision. From our initial meeting, he was informed, intelligent, had an acute level of observation, and did his homework. He demonstrated expertise at a level far and above the others. Throughout the sale process Dave kept us informed at every step. He held open houses and consistently followed up with all who visited. His energy and diligence was impressive. As we received offers, he negotiated them shrewdly yet with integrity. He had creative ideas that kept the final deal together when it looked like compromise wasn’t an option. We sold our house and could not have been more pleased with the service Dave provided. From the initial discussion, to the closing and subsequent post-closing issues, Dave was always one step ahead and willing to assist in ways well outside the scope of a typical Realtor.
