Kathy Forchione was an amazing realtor. She is knowledgeable, determined, friendly, and a great communicator. Kathy made us feel confident about the offer letter and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. If we needed anything when it came to closing or checking the house, she was there to help and provide guidance. We would highly recommend Kathy to anyone trying to buy or sell a home.

When we suddenly found ourselves looking to buy a house two years earlier than planned and not prepared really at all it didn't look good. Then we added on a deadline rapidly approaching and also the hope of keeping our kids in the same school and it looked impossible. We had a lot of asks and not a ton of leverage to trade. Kathy helped us find a house in our price range and in our exact same neighborhood much less our school system. I can't imagine how anyone could do any better than she did and we'll always be grateful. We're currently moving in with over a month to spare on our extremely tight deadline because Kathy knew what we didn't and guided us through the stressful process with ease. Thank you Kathy you saved our butts.

Kathy helped us find our home the first day looking. It was the second house we saw and Kathy immediately put our offer in and helped us through the way. We've never purchased a home before so Kathy's expertise was extremely helpful and made the process easy. I never knew how easy it was to buy a house, I guess everyone just needs a Kathy to make it as easy as our Kathy made it!

Kathy was AMAZING! The market has been crazy, she took us to at least 20 houses and she knew i was picky but she never made me feel bad about that! We finally found our home, and we couldn't be more happy! Kathy knows what to do to get the house, and she did everything she could to get us the house in this crazy market! I was referred to Kathy, and i will be referring her to everybody i know buying a house, and if we sell she will be the only person i use! So happy we found Kathy!
